What is Little Menace?
Little Menace is a virtual pet game for iPhone. You look after a small, mischievous gremlin: pet it, feed it, let it nap and play four tiny games (Snack Toss, Sock Tug, Cushion Hunt and Copycat Dance). Caring for it earns points and unlocks outfits.
Is Little Menace free?
Yes. Little Menace is free to download, and petting, feeding, games and points are always free. Midnight Snack is an optional one-time purchase ($3.99 in the US) that adds cosmetic items: fur colours, night skies, hats, neckwear, tug socks and three midnight reactions.
Which devices does it run on?
Little Menace runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
Do I need an account? What data does it collect?
No account is needed, and there are no ads and no tracking. Your gremlin and its points are stored only on your iPhone. The privacy policy has the details.
Can my points go down?
Yes. Leaving the gremlin hungry too long, waking it early, poking it 10 or more times in 20 seconds, force-feeding it or playing while it is exhausted costs points, and there is no daily limit. Lose too many and it gets cross, then furious, and won't play until you pet it calm. Your level never drops.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything works without an internet connection. Only buying or restoring Midnight Snack needs to reach the App Store.
